A Welcome from the Headteacher

Hello and welcome to Park View Primary School. I’m so pleased you’ve taken the time to find out more about us.

Park View is a lively, welcoming school where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to be the very best they can be. As Headteacher, I am incredibly proud to lead such a caring school community with dedicated staff, committed governors, supportive families and, most importantly, happy, confident and engaged learners.

Our motto,“Rooted in Care, Rising with Purpose,” truly reflects who we are. We place children's wellbeing, inclusion and safety at the heart of every decision we make, while maintaining high expectations that help every child thrive. Our recent Ofsted inspection recognised the school's strong culture of care, our inclusive ethos and the warm, respectful relationships that enable pupils to flourish. 

From the very first days in Nursery, through our specialist Resourced Provision for Deaf Children and across the whole school, we strive to provide the very best start for every child. Our broad and ambitious curriculum inspires curiosity, develops confidence and encourages a lifelong love of learning. 

Our pupils tell us that Park View is a place where they feel welcomed, respected and able to be themselves. They celebrate differences, support one another and take pride in living out our school values each day. Their kindness, enthusiasm and sense of belonging are what makes our school such a special place.
