Family Support Worker

Hello, my name is Clare Sharp and I am the Family Support Worker at Park view Primary School.  I work full time in the school so I am around to give a little extra help and support to children and families throughout the day.

I have 9 years’ experience working in schools, supporting different families and children, nurturing and helping them grow. Assisting with a wide range of emotional and behavioural needs.

Please feel free to contact me if there is something you are needing guidance with or if you need to talk through any problems. I am an active listener and non-judgemental. As a Mum to a teenager, I completely understand the pressures of life and the balancing and juggling that needs to happen sometimes.

I live local to the school so understand the strong sense of community and I am aware of different organisations around the Basingstoke area that offer help and assistance when needed.

I can offer you emotional support and practical help when experiencing short- or long-term difficulties, as well as guiding you to different agencies and support groups.
