Gilbert White Center - Rivers topic trip

Thursday 7th November, Year 5 traveled to the Gilbert White Education Center in Selborne. We took part in three experiments in the river: velocity, measuring and creating a river profile, and catching small animals that live in the river. We also explored the extensive grounds during an orienteering activity and created river map with sticks. We are thankful it was a dry day.
